PolyWristband.com guarantees to ship your merchandise on or before your specified date. You should be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who is delivering your merchandise. PolyWristband.com is not liable for any delays, holds or charges due to customs.

International Customers

International customers are responsible for customs and duty fees in their country. Customer is responsible for those fees because it is not included in shipping charges. No gift or lower value will be written / marked on custom forms.

Tax

Our products are made and shipped to all parts of the globe. The price of our products does not include any duties or VAT. We just charge you goods cost and shipping cost. if you are charged of a VAT, you just need to pay it to your customs. In most countries, usually incur additional charges, such as tax, duties and other fees associated with customs. These charges mentioned above will be a sole responsibility of the recipient.

Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of our product we do not accept returns unless there was a production error on our part. Producing the incorrect bracelet size, color, or design on the bands does not entitle a return privilege. We encourage customers to verify all the details carefully before submitting the final order. If we make a mistake on color, size, quantity, or phrases on a wristband we will be happy to do a return and find a solution to remedy the problem.
